We also record vehicle listing details, booking dates, and location coordinates during active rentals.
2 How We Use Your Data
Your data is processed strictly to provide car sharing services: validating driver authenticity, processing secure payments via escrow, facilitating host-renter messaging, coordinating roadside assistance, and preventing identity theft or fraud on the platform. We never sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.
3 Security & Storage Architecture
All uploaded KYC verification documents and identity credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Access to sensitive verification documents is restricted strictly to authorized compliance officers via signed, time-limited ephemeral URLs.
4 Third-Party Payment Processors
Payment transactions and bank payout records are handled directly through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors (Stripe Connect and PayPal). FleetHub does not store full credit card numbers or raw CVV codes on our servers.
5 Your Rights Under GDPR
You retain full sovereignty over your personal data. You have the right to request access to your personal file, rectify inaccurate details, export your data in a machine-readable format, or request complete account erasure subject to mandatory tax retention regulations.
